Two Models. One Method.

Beyond individual services, Erika designs original, framework-driven engagement models — each one built as a living, interactive platform with measurement designed in from the start.

01
Civic Education & Field Deployment
A training-to-the-streets system

A gated, assessment-driven interactive course that certified ~31 volunteers at a 100% safety-check pass rate, paired with a field orientation and an A–G engagement-tracking instrument — deployed across a 3-day, 6-site Harlem activation logging 1,000+ voter engagements in service of Harlem residents. Built for D9 Harlem Votes™.

02
Organizational Leadership & Governance
A nine-domain governance platform

An interactive leadership platform built on an original nine-domain governance and membership framework (Identify · Govern · Intervene · Sustain) — designed for a chapter-presidential campaign of a national service organization, spanning public service, membership, programming, governance, wellness, and legacy.
