Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of a survivor-led 501(c)(3) based in Harlem. Successfully advocated for trauma-informed discovery laws in New York State — turning grassroots organizing into legislation that protects survivors.

Democracy in Action
Co-Chair and Lead Event Producer of D9 Harlem Votes™, a nonpartisan civic education coalition of the Divine Nine serving Harlem. Executive Produced the April 2026 Harlem Town Hall featuring NYC Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture — moderated by Dr. Darrick Hamilton, drawing 300+ attendees, and covered by CBS News New York, Reuters, and the Amsterdam News. Also produced mayoral candidate forums and voter registration initiatives that brought democracy directly to Harlem communities.

Co-organized and produced the historic Black Lives Matter mural on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard in Harlem, 2020 — one of the first major community gatherings following the George Floyd tragedy and COVID-19 quarantine. Featured in the New York Amsterdam News.

Youth Leadership Programs
Creator of G.R.A.C.E. (Girls Are Resilient, Audacious, Courageous, Empowered) and P.O.W.E.R. (Purposeful, Original, Wise, Essential, Resilient) — transformative workshop programs using applied theatre and storytelling to build leadership, confidence, and resilience in young people. Developed for REACH Educational Solutions, implemented in school districts and community programs across the country.

Anthem Award Winning Curriculum
Contributed to the UNITAS curriculum development team, helping earn the 2022 Anthem Award for Transformative Anti-Human Trafficking Curriculum. Currently implemented in New York City and Washington D.C. public schools.
